STEP 1: Dial 1-888-777-9440

STEP 2: Enter your 4 digit ID now

STEP 3: Enter patient medical record number followed by the # key (Optional)

STEP 4: Re-enter patient medical record number followed by the # key (Optional)

STEP 5: Press 2 on the phone key pad to start recording your dictation

STEP 6: Press 5 when finished dictating. **MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE DICTATION COMPLETE BEFORE SAVING. ONCE THE DICTATION IS SAVED, IT CANNOT BE EDITED**

STEP 7: Enter status type: 1 = Normal

STEP 8: Hang up phone

• 3 – Rewind
• 4 – Pause
• 5 – Save
• 6 – End of File
• 7 – Fast Forward
• 8 – Beginning of File
• 9 – Abort
